Minye Refractory Fiber provides RCF & AES Fiber products, microporous insulation materials, Aerogel felt, and other hard refractory products for thermal management in heavy industries such forging, heat treatment, Ceramics, power generation, thermal oxidizer, and Glass industries. Our technical solutions are used extensively in the Ceramics and Glass industry for energy saving, reducing pollution emission, costs saving, and improving reliable productivity.
 
We offer a wide range of products and solutions for different furnaces. Over 2000 kilns and furnace around the world firing ceramic and glass products or heat treating the steel and foundry are lined with Minye insulation materials in the last 16 years. The materials and solutions include:
• Furnace linings comprised RCF/AES fiber products such as module and blankets, Super-K ® microporous boards, Minye-Bloc module as well as IFB and Refractory materials.
• Vacuum formed shapes such as burner block and cone etc.
• Hot face and back-up insulation boards.
• For critical high temperature application and sever atmosphere conditions, we can offer engineered solutions with Denka® Polycrystalline blankets, Minye 1600/1700 Board, and 3M Nextel Textile.
