MINYE FIBER

Minye Refractory Fiber provides an extensive range of woven textile products including yarn, cloth, and ropes made from our high temperature insulating fibers such as RCF, AES, or Glass Fiber. Our textile products are made from fibers and organic or non-organic binders to create a yarn. This yarn can then be woven into products such as cloth, cable rope, rope lagging, twisted rope, webbing and ladder tape.
The RCF or AES ropes, braids and clothes exhibit excellent chemical stability, resisting attack from most corrosive agents. They also resist oxidation and reduction. The RCF and AES rope and braid products are durable and high temperature insulation materials that are well suited for industrial applications. They are noted for their superior insulating and sealing ability to 1260°C (2300°F). The ropes are made by twisted multiply wicking. Standard minimum 3-ply rope is a low density, highly compressive product form. High density rope is up to 9-ply and provides increased compression resistance and strength. The braids are used where high density and resistance to be compressed and mechanical abuse are required, such as in packing applications. Round and square braid are available.
