MINYE FIBER

Minye Refractory Fiber provides Folded and Stacked high temperature Insulation Modules for thermal management applications. Minye also offer the integral module. All modules are custom designed for furnace linings and will be decided by the heat flow analysis and furnace requirements.

The module products include:
• Refractory Ceramic Fiber (RCF), or Aluminum Silicate Wool (in China market name) modules made from kaolin, or aluminum silicate mixture with temperature capabilities up to 1425°C (2600°F). Minye enjoys the high reputation in China for its RCF modules and has been selling to over 2600 customer worldwide.
• AES (low bio-persistent fiber or Alkaline Earth Silicate) blankets with classification temperatures of 1300°C (2372°F) and 1450°C (2600°F). Minye HB blankets meet the requirements specified under NOTA Q of European Directive 67/548 and have the certificate from Europe and therefore exempt from the classification and labeling regulation in Europe. AES modules are made from AES blankets
• Polycrystalline fiber (PCW) blankets as Denka® with a temperature rating up to 1600°C (2912°F).
