Aufrax® Auwin high temperature protective coating is composed of composite ceramic fiber, high temperature resistant ceramic oxide and inorganic sol combined reaction, it is a special high-strength light-weight refractory coating that can be used for a long time at 1300℃, 1400℃ and 1500℃. It cover protection for ceramic fiber blankets, fiber modules/boards, castables, refractory bricks or other thermal insulation materials. After the product is applied, a composite ceramic fiber insulation layer will be formed at a high temperature, forming a high-temperature resistant surface layer that is resistant to high temperature, high temperature suspended particle wear, high-speed flame gas erosion resistance, and chemical erosion resistance. , which can minimize cracks even under harsh temperature conditions. When exposed to temperatures above 870°C, the ceramic alloy protective layer formed by the product is more powerful.
