Aufrax Special engineering ceramic fiber cotton:
● Ball milled high-purity fiber BM-HP
● Ball Milled Soluble Fiber BM-BS
Aufrax Special Engineering Ceramic Fiber is a functional additive used in coatings, adhesives, caulks, sealants, plastics, friction materials and elastomers. In its unique powder form, this high surface area chemically inert fiber provides excellent flow and excellent lamination properties in thermoset and thermoplastic systems. Our fibers are compatible with both aqueous and non-aqueous formulations. Aufrax special fiber has little effect on the viscosity of liquid resin systems such as epoxy and polyurethane.
Application of Engineering Fibers as Functional Additives:
• Various coatings: high temperature protection, high-quality roof coatings, wear-resistant coatings, intumescent coatings, corrosion-resistant coatings, etc.
• Reinforced composite pipe
• Rubber/Elastomer Rolls and Sleeves
• Corrosion resistant thermoplastic composites
• Rubber seals, packing and gaskets
• High performance polymer foam
• Moisture-proof caulk
• Wear resistant thermoset and thermoplastic composites
